Payment Terms

For small orders/sample (s), payment is in advance.

For bulk orders, we prefer 50% in advance and 50% payable when the goods are ready to be shipped into our official bank account. Bank reference and details can be had on request.

Irrevocable Letter of credit (L/C.) at sight.

Company Policy

The price listed in FOB (free on board) mode carries the local transportation and handling costs, thus customer is likely to pay the freight and shipping costs at his end once the order is ready to be shipped. The CIF (cost, insurance, and freight) price list includes all the costs up to the destination port.

According to our company policy, we are unable to ship the sample (s) free of cost.

Normally an average-size of an order takes about 30 – 45 days to be finished. However, the exact delivery date is advised when an order is confirmed.

In case of damage or defect the products during shipment will be replaced in the next order excluding shipping costs but we have required the evidence of damaged or defective products for replacement.

Most convenient and efficient agents are used for air shipments. For a small order below than 70 Kg or for a buyer is advised to select courier services such as DHL/ UPS/ FedEx for speedy door to door services.

Heritage Global Industry reserves the rights to cancel an order or request for variation in price due to market fluctuation but once the order is confirmed, the price will not be changed.
